The word itself is significant, and indicates that derived from the expressed opinions of the electorate. In a democracy the party should be born from the need of citizens to participate in the management of the common good, expressing their views, their needs and possible solutions.
The party should be a meeting place where members (and members to the various parties should be all citizens) can express their own needs assessments on the various political events.
The leaders of the secretariats should be able to listen and make our first summary of the opinions expressed, and then compose them with those collected by other parties in the Parliament House, before the formation of laws apply to everyone, for the common good.
