How To Save Pokemon Emerald Rom Mac

There is an air of festivity and carnival "Quarantone" The heart and the head

The liturgical calendar of the Catholic Church provides a period of reflection and penitence in preparation for the celebration of Christmas and Easter, before Christmas is Advent, Easter is preceded by Lent, which begins with Ash Wednesday and continues through Sunday of the Resurrection.
The popular imagination has decided to spend the period before the start of Lent as a time of joy ostentatious, Carnival, for which many cities are preparing the floats, which should pass on a healthy cheer, dance parties are organized with and entertaining performances, ate meat, (as in Lent, not long ago, the Christians could not eat meat, the Church today calling for the respect abstinence from meat on Fridays of Lent and still do the works of good and Christian solidarity.) A
Ruvo di Puglia popular imagination has created two characters: the "Carnival" and "Quarantone" 1. During the Carnival, as in many countries of Italy, parade masks, try pinning floats, dancing groups are made up in masks and more. In particular, the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday, we celebrate the death of Carnival, played in an old but lively awkward. After a playful ritual of death and funeral of the carnival, will light a bonfire on which an effigy is burnt to simulate the carnival. At midnight
is hung another puppet, a woman dressed in black, representing the widow of Carnival, to pass the "Quarantone" which will remain suspended throughout the period of Lent and will be burned by fireworks at the time of the Resurrection, now the procession of the Risen Christ.
The burning of the carnival and the end of "Quarantone" are two gruesome rituals that exorcise evil and death and revive hope for a better life.

1. The word "Quarantone" is usually rendered in Italian as "Quarantania"
